Real-World Asset Tokenization Reaches an Inflection Point Link

Image
The tokenized real-world asset market has hit a major turning point, growing to a total value of nearly $32 billion.
Big financial institutions are driving this growth by increasingly moving toward blockchain-based setups for handling assets.
US Treasuries and private credit have become the top uses for this setup, making up about 66% of the entire market.

Multifamily Recovery Stalls Under Weight Of Excess Supply Link
The sector's recovery is dragging because a massive wave of new construction has left nearly 1.3 million apartments sitting in the lease-up phase.
This heavy supply glut is keeping national rent growth stuck near zero, with forecasts projected at just 0.5% for 2026 and 1% for 2027.
High interest rates and uncertain property values have also caused transaction volumes to drop over 10% as buyers and sellers struggle to agree on prices.
SFR Rents Rise in Every Major Market as Investor Demand Returns Link
National single-family rents grew by 2.6% year-over-year in April, with all 50 of the nation's largest metropolitan areas seeing annual rent increases.
Rents are rising because high home prices are keeping people from buying houses, which keeps single-family rental occupancy steady at nearly 94%.
Investor demand is returning as publicly traded REITs brought in $900 million in net acquisitions, marking their most active quarter for purchasing since 2022.

Your pitch was ready before you finished your coffee.
You have a tenant-rep meeting at 10. By 8, Viktor has built the entire pitch and posted it to your Slack: a full underwriting model with cap rate and IRR sensitivity, six comparable signed leases, a branded pitch deck, and a draft LOI ready to send. He pulled the data, ran the numbers, and wrote the deck overnight while you slept.
No analyst. No two hours of prep before every meeting. You walk in with the model already built and the story already written.
He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams and connects to 3,200+ tools. He acts on his own: he flags a new listing the moment it fits your client's brief, drafts the outreach, and tees up the next deal before you ask.

Nearly 80% of data center capacity is at elevated risk to climate hazards like flooding and fire, study says Link
A new study shows that 79% of global data center capacity is threatened by severe weather events like flooding, high winds, and wildfires.
More than half of these facilities also deal with ongoing climate stress like extreme heat, which damages energy efficiency and increases operational costs.
Many developers and investors underestimate these threats because they look at outdated historical data instead of current climate patterns.

June jobs report shows 57,000 payroll gain, unemployment at 4.2% Link
The U.S. economy added 57,000 jobs in June, falling well short of the expected 110,000 jobs after April and May numbers were revised downward by 72,000.
Even though the unemployment rate dropped slightly to 4.2%, it happened because 720,000 people left the labor force rather than from a burst of new hiring.
The overall construction sector picked up 11,000 jobs, but the residential side and the real estate industry both lost workers during the month.
