Where New-Construction Home Sales Grew the Most in 2025 Link

Image
Wilson County, Tennessee, and Maricopa County, Arizona, tied for the top spot with a 44% surge in new-home sales.
The South and West dominated the growth rankings because these areas generally have more flexible zoning laws that allow builders to create more affordable inventory.
Will County, Illinois, was the only Midwestern spot in the top 10, showing a 24% increase in sales while the average size of those homes actually dropped by 23%.
